343) Past Continuous Tense - Negative Form - Rule

In English Language, “Present participle form” of a verb is used irrespective of person, number, and gender but to indicate past continuous tense, helping verb “was not” is used for the subjects’ I/He/She and “were not” for the subjects “We/You/They”. In Afaan Oromoo, both the “main and helping verb is the same across all subject pronouns as mentioned in the following. The main verb adds "-aa" and the helping verb adds "-re"
